1. About FindSolarCleaner

FindSolarCleaner.co.uk is a directory service connecting homeowners and businesses with solar panel cleaning companies in the UK. We are not a cleaning company and do not employ or act as agent for any listed business.

2. For homeowners

Use of the search and enquiry service is free. By submitting an enquiry your contact details will be shared with matching businesses in your area. We cannot guarantee response times or the quality of work performed by listed businesses. You should carry out your own due diligence before appointing any contractor.

3. For businesses

Listings are available on Free, Standard, and Featured tiers. Paid tiers are billed by Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. By registering a listing you confirm that your business is legitimate, properly insured, and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to remove listings that are found to be misleading, inactive, or in breach of these terms.

4. Reviews

Reviews are submitted by customers and are moderated before publication. We do not verify the identity of reviewers beyond their email address. Businesses may request removal of a review they believe to be fraudulent by contacting us — we will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

5. Payments and refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel a subscription, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the Free tier. Annual subscriptions will not be refunded for unused months.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindSolarCleaner.co.uk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the directory or from any work carried out by a listed business. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
